We are happy to replace, refund or credit items that have been damaged in transit or faulty.

Goods that are incorrect or non faulty can be returned but maybe subjected to a £10.00 + VAT restocking charge.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and at the customer's own expense.

Please Note : If goods are damaged in transit please do not accept delivery. Return it back to us and we will replace your order.


Damaged goods may be refused replacement if goods are signed as 'Received in good condition'. Please check  before you sign for your delivery and refuse delivery if packaging is damaged or leaking.

We will only accept incorrect or non-faulty items  in their original packaging and where tins are unopened and seals intact.
