We established this on-line shop in response to the growing demand for maintenance advice for wood floors and also lack of information given on 'how to maintain your floors'.
The last decade UK has seen an unprecedented growth in wood and laminate flooring. Our sales team are often inundated with questions on how to maintain the finishes so that they remain serviceable and look good for years to come.
Generally, we found that many customers had not been advised the best maintenance practices for their newly fitted floors nor informed that by using good quality maintenance products specifically made for oil/waxed finished floors it is possible to avoid costly repairs and unnecessary sanding and re-oiling.
All our products are Eco-friendly and safe for animals, humans and plants. Our cleaning agents and waxes are manufactured, by very respected international companies Saicos GmbH, Basin Chem Eco NV and Rigo. Made from natural oils and waxes and beautify whatever surface they are used on.

Do you provide International delivery?
We can, and often do, send our goods internationally. The postage we quote is for delivery to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands & Northern Ireland). Please contact us for delivery cost to any destination, Tel: 01904 928803
How do I return an item?
You will have to organise your own delivery back to us and please ensure the product is packed well as we are unable to refund or replace if the product arrive back to us damaged or opened.
Returns Policy
We are happy to replace, refund or credit items that have been damaged in transit or obviously faulty.
Goods that are incorrect or not faulty can be returned but subjected to a £10.00 + VAT restocking charge.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and at the customer's own expense.
*Please note : If goods are damaged in transit please do not accept delivery and sign as damaged.
Damaged goods may be refused replacement and refund if goods are signed as 'Received in good condition'.
We will only accept incorrect or non-faulty items in their original packaging and where tins are unopened and seals intact.
How do I track my order?
On processing your order you will receive an email or a SMS with a tracking number which will enable you to keep an eye on your order, Our standard delivery is 2-3 working days unless otherwise specified.

You can request 'next day' delivery at the check out for an additional charge. Orders need to be placed before 1.30pm for next work day delivery.
